Kind Words

"As a newer resident of North Oaks I was thrilled to join Anastsia's yoga class this Spring. Anastasia has created a wonderfully warm environment in which it has been possible for me to meet and get to know quite a few neighbors and members of our community. I would say that she's made it possible for many folks to meet and get to know each other!
I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and I can confidently say that Anastasia is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. She is acutely aware of every person's ability level and is able to modify every class to suit the needs of everyone in the room, which is not easy. Anastasia is an asset to the community and I look forward each week to this yoga class!" - Lauren
"Such a calm, centering to my day. Thank you. Your gentle voice, conscious presence, your offerings. Thank you." - Jan
"The yoga classes that you offer have led to both a rebirth in my yoga practice and an exploration of a new approach to yoga (moving from structured Iyengar practice to flow). I really appreciate your approach to the practice, the fact that you offer alternatives, and that you integrate the yoga sessions with other holistic disciplines." - Marilyn
"I have been doing yoga with Anastasia since spring 2023 and I love it!
She teaches a “flow class” which is what I was looking for. Having said that, there is a good balance of flow and stretching. It is a challenging class and it is different every week. Anastasia is a great instructor and is good about cueing modifications. I look forward to the continued sessions." - Mary
